Most clients report minimal discomfort; we use gentle, soothing techniques and numbing products if needed. Communication is prioritized so we can adjust pressure and approach. Expect brief sensations during exfoliation, followed by calming hydration to reduce irritation.

Appointments usually last 45 to 60 minutes, including consultation, gentle cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and aftercare guidance. Time may vary for tailored treatments or if addressing specific concerns such as pigmentation or sensitivity.

Temporary redness, mild sensitivity, or slight flaking can occur for 24–72 hours. These are normal responses to exfoliation and hydration. We provide post-treatment care instructions and recommend gentle products while skin restores its natural balance.

If you've waxed or lasered recently, wait until the area has fully healed—generally 2 to 4 weeks after waxing and 1 to 2 weeks after laser depending on sensitivity. We’ll assess your skin during consultation and schedule appropriately.

Many hydrating and non-invasive steps are considered safe, but some active ingredients and treatments are contraindicated in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Disclose your condition at booking so we can customize a safe protocol or recommend postponement until after pregnancy.

Frequency depends on your skin goals and sensitivity; typically every 4–8 weeks is recommended for maintenance. For pigmentation or more intensive concerns, initial series treatments may be suggested, followed by personalized maintenance plans discussed during consultation.
