Treatment is quick and focused on the navel area. You'll wear protective eyewear; sensations feel like gentle snaps or warmth. Most sessions last five to fifteen minutes. Topical numbing is available for sensitivity and will be discussed during your appointment.

Shave the belly area 24 hours before treatment and avoid waxing, plucking, or depilatories for several weeks. Stay out of intense sun and discontinue retinoids or irritating topicals as advised. Bring loose clothing to avoid friction after the session.

Common side effects include temporary redness, swelling, and mild follicular irritation that usually subside within days to two weeks. Rare pigment changes or prolonged irritation can occur. Use cool compresses, gentle cleansers, and broad-spectrum sunscreen while healing.

Shaving is recommended up to 24 hours before treatment because the laser targets follicles. Do not wax, pluck, or use hair-removal creams for several weeks prior. If you've recently waxed, wait until regrowth returns before scheduling.
