Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Glabella.

Most clients require 4–8 treatments spaced four to eight weeks apart, depending on hair thickness, growth cycles and skin type. Our technicians assess progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal, long-lasting reduction for the Glabella area.

Most clients feel mild snapping or warming sensations; topical numbing and cooling reduce discomfort. At Fari Skincare & Laser we use FDA-cleared devices and trained professionals to ensure safety, minimizing burns, pigment changes, or other risks when proper protocols are followed.

Laser significantly reduces hair density and weakens regrowth, greatly lowering ingrown hair and razor bump occurrence. Some follicles may persist; maintenance sessions may be recommended to keep results long-term. Individual outcomes vary by hair type and skin response.

Avoid plucking or waxing for at least six weeks; shave the area 24–48 hours before treatment if instructed. Avoid sun exposure, tanning products, and certain skincare acids. Arrive with clean skin and notify us of medications or recent procedures.

Keep the area clean and moisturized, avoid direct sun and apply SPF 30+ daily. Avoid hot showers, heavy sweating, exfoliants and makeup for 24–48 hours. Use gentle products and follow any post-care instructions provided by your technician.

Many skin tones can be treated safely with modern lasers, but settings vary. We perform a consultation to assess your skin and hair, choosing the appropriate device and parameters. Darker tones may require specialized wavelengths and careful monitoring to reduce risks.
